This is Leighton Meester who stars as Blair Waldorf in Gossip Girl.
This was done as a class exersice and we were suppose to find a face of some one and for some reason I picked her

I recomend you try a vector style picture, it's actually quite fun =]

Even if the picture looks crap, shrink it and it will look better lol =3
